Coffee roaster | PETRONCINI TT 7,5 KG

Petroncini coffee roaster with a capacity of 7.5 kg per batch. Built in 1995, it has been partly refurbished by our team to give it a second life. The combustion chamber was completely rebuilt, and a number of components were replaced, including the thermal insulation of the machine and ball bearings. All ventilation system was thoroughly sandblasted and a new powder coating paint was applied. This roaster is also equipped with an air pressure gauge and a system for visualizing roasting curves to create better and more consistent results. Works with Cropster or Artisan.
