Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

    • Can we pick up our order in store? In-store pick-up is not available for now, but we are planning on offering it soon.

    • How are the green coffee beans packaged? To maximize freshness, our 15 lb are packed in plastic bags and then placed inside a burlap bag. Our 5 lb come in sealed kraft bags with a valve and an aluminum lining.

    • Do you accept returns? Unfortunately, returns are not accepted. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us.

    • Is the presence of small rocks in my coffee possible? Yes, green coffee can contain small rocks, so it's important to remove them after roasting to avoid damage to coffee grinders. Using a coffee Destoner makes this task way easier and efficient.
